I am a personal minister, former world-class track & field athlete, certified fitness and nutrition counselor, personal trainer, and track & field coach. I have been deeply blessed to train and be mentored by some of the world’s most respected coaches, including Dwight Stones, Loren Seagrave, and Dan Pfaff. Having learned from excellence, I carry a strong calling to share proven principles that help others grow stronger—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
My approach to fitness and nutrition is holistic and restorative, integrating modern sports science with ancient wisdom. In addition to my background in elite athletics and conditioning, I have studied principles of Chinese medicine, which emphasizes balance, prevention, and the body’s innate ability to heal. In Chinese medicine, nutrition is foundational: food is considered daily medicine, while herbs are used as therapeutic support to minister to the body, restore balance, and promote homeostasis. Rather than treating symptoms alone, this approach seeks to nourish the whole person, strengthen organ systems, regulate energy (qi), and support long-term vitality. I incorporate these principles thoughtfully and responsibly into nutrition counseling to help clients build sustainable health from the inside out.
Guided by the Ruach HaKodesh—the Spirit of Truth who leads us into all truth (John 16:13)—my heart is to encourage and inspire individuals to believe in themselves, recognize their God-given potential, and pursue the greatness placed within them. As a spiritual life coach and wellness minister, I work with individuals to promote healing, restore health, and help them discover their passions and life purpose. This integrated approach fosters true shalom—wholeness, peace, and alignment—which ultimately brings greater fulfillment in every area of life.
I have coached and trained individuals across the lifespan, from my own children from birth through adults well into their 80s. As a 3D Life Coach, I help clients recognize raw potential and intentionally develop it—whether in athletic performance, health and nutrition, emotional resilience, overcoming fear and mental barriers, healing from past trauma, or reviving dreams that have been deferred. Every journey is unique; for some, transformation comes quickly, while for others it unfolds over time. In every case, my role is to walk alongside you, equip you with wisdom and tools, and empower you to endure until your goals are fully realized.
Community Fitness Program
Building Healthy Habits for Strength, Energy & Longevity
The Community Fitness Program is designed for individuals who want to improve their health and fitness but may not yet have a consistent exercise routine. This program is ideal for beginners, those returning to fitness after time away, or anyone seeking a supportive, structured approach to building strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence.
This program meets you where you are and progresses at a pace that is safe, effective, and sustainable. The goal is not quick fixes, but lasting lifestyle change that supports long-term health, vitality, and overall well-being.
A Foundational Approach to Fitness
The focus of this program is on developing functional movement, proper form, and body awareness. Participants learn how to move correctly, breathe efficiently, and strengthen the body in a way that supports daily life—whether that means walking with ease, lifting safely, improving balance, or increasing energy levels.
Training sessions are structured, encouraging, and adaptable for all fitness levels and ages. Each session builds upon the last, helping participants develop consistency, confidence, and momentum.
