I been using sound for healing for over 10 years now, starting with the shofar. I am constantly growing in anointing in this area, and all of my modalities for healing is biblically based. I offer public and private sound bath sessions utilizing crystal singing bowls, Tibetian bowls, Paiste gongs, shofars, tuning forks & chimes (solfeggio, planetary, osteo and others), ocean drum, Davidic Harp, and crystal harp. My sound baths are very unique, immersing you in space and sound in a peaceful atmosphere for you to relax at a profound level. This allows your body to find its natural balance while creating divine space for Holy Spirit to come and minister insights and revelation that lead you to experience resolution for emotional issues, healing from trauma, and deepening your relationship with ABBA our Elohim. The result is experiencing wondrous sounds that balance your chakras, cleanse your auras, and unblocks your meridians, bringing total shalom (wholeness) to your spirit, mind, and body. What is Sound Healing and How does it work?
Sound is vibration and it consists of two very important aspects: spirit and energy.
Everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a state of vibration. When our bodies are out of harmony, it can result in physical, emotional, or spiritual dis-ease.
Sound therapy aims to restore the body’s natural vibrational frequencies and promote healing through the following mechanisms:
Resonance and Entrainment:
Resonance is the phenomenon of a vibrating system (like the body) being influenced by another vibrating system (like a sound therapy instrument) at a similar frequency. Entrainment occurs when the body’s natural rhythms (like brainwaves or heart rate) synchronize with the rhythm of the external sound frequencies, promoting balance and harmony.
Brainwave Alteration: Sound therapy can influence brainwave activity, leading to altered states of consciousness. For example, listening to certain frequencies can shift brainwaves from a beta state (alert and focused) to alpha (relaxed and calm) or even theta (meditative and introspective) states.
Stress Reduction: Sound therapy can induce deep relaxation and reduce stress, which is beneficial for overall health. Stress is a significant factor in many illnesses, so reducing stress can support healing processes.
Pain Relief: Certain sounds and frequencies can help alleviate pain by affecting the body’s perception of pain. This can be due to the release of endorphins or the relaxation of muscles.
Emotional and Spiritual Healing: Sound therapy can help release emotional blockages and promote emotional healing. The vibrations can reach deep into the psyche, allowing for the release of stored emotions and traumas. It can also enhance spiritual well-being by fostering a sense of connection and peace.
Methods of Sound Healing
Sound Baths: Participants lie down and listen to soothing sounds produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The sound waves wash over them, promoting relaxation and healing. Tuning Fork Therapy: Tuning forks are struck and placed on or near the body to apply specific frequencies that can target various physical and emotional issues.
Binaural Beats: Listening to two slightly different frequencies in each ear can create a third perceived frequency called a binaural beat, which can alter brainwave activity and promote relaxation or focus.

Energy will always conform to the laws of physics (Newtonian, wave, and quantum). Spirit is intelligent, undefined, and completely unpredictable, and has no bounds or limitations. It is the substance of miracles. God is SPIRIT (John 4:24). and we are spirit, and we have a mind and live in a body. The body that we live in is composed of approx. 70% water. A very effective way to affect positive change and healing within this aqueous system is sound therapy.
